• Please log in using your assigned ID and Password.
  • Please proceed to "Register for Courses" and select the courses that are applicable to your job competency.
  • Once registered for a Course; proceed to the "My Course" tab. Be sure your page is in full view and click on the course series. Scroll down; select the first course and click on "Launch"
  • Select the course name in the left index and hit play to begin the recording. Note: All of our courses require a speaker and/or headset.
  • Once the video is complete; click on Post Test. If you have a passing grade of 80% or above; close this screen.
  • Click on the link "Back to Series" and scroll down to continue to the next course. A "Thumbs Up" will be noted if you have successfully completed a course in the series.
  • Once all courses in the series are complete; you can then print your Certificate of Completion which is found in the main menu on the left toolbar "My Certificates"
  • When finished; please log out of this application.
